Tree Surgeon Website Design
Coastal Garden Services already had a WordPress website, however it needed a complete overhaul as part of their new marketing plan.
Their old site was powered by WordPress but had been neglected. It was running an old version of WordPress and features weren’t working properly. So my first task was to get the most recent version of WordPress installed and prepare a private client area where I could build the new site for the client to review.
The design came together very quickly and using content and photos from the old site, together with some new copy that I supplied, the site was ready for the client to review and approve.
Time was spent researching keywords to focus us for the search engine optimisation and phrases such as “tree surgeon”, “landscape management” and “horticultural services” were chosen as focus keywords.
I also spent time ensuring that the site looks good, not just on a computer screen, but on tablets and mobile phones too.
The client wanted to launch the site this week ahead of an important meeting, even though the client still needed to gather some new photos of recent work they’ve completed and some new customer testimonials. But that’s the beauty of WordPress. The client has some experience of using WordPress and so they feel confident they will be able to make these small changes themselves when they are ready. (Although I’m always on hand to give help and advice if they need it!)
